double weeping higan cherry

at least, that's what I *think* this tree is... We have a every pretty tree in our front yard, and every spring it is a riot of blooms, all white and pale pink, very full, double blooms. I keep meaning to get a nice shot of the blooms when they are fresh, but here are a couple of shots of them about a week past prime (you can sort of see the browning at the petal edges)

The flowers hand upside down, and the tree itself is in sort of an umbrella shape (good pruning by a good gardener- not any of us lol) We love it so much that we want to plant another when we eventually move. If you know what this tree is, let me know if I am wrong! Happy Spring!
