10 Years

I got my high school reunion invitation in the mail. The big party is in October, the last week of the month. It's $85 per person, and a cocktail attire event. Needless to say, we will almost assuredly not be attending because of cost. We would have to pay for two tickets, airfare for 3 (Peanut needs her own seat now, according to airlines), hotel room for 4-5 days, figure out child care for that night, buy clothes for both of us that are appropriate, and rent a car. So. Being that I would like to see my DH more than a few hours during the week, I will not be asking him to work a bunch of overtime so that this trip is possible, no matter how much I want to see my old friends.

It sucks. Also, I just found out the tattoo shop that started my mermaid tattoo, now has a $60 appointment fee. O_0 . And no one seems interested in my destash, so it looks like I won't be getting any of the fiber related tattoos started as well. Sad times here. Woe is me, and all that.

I wonder if it would be worth it to list on ebay or etsy? Thoughts?
